What do you get when you combine horses, skiing and cheese? Skijordue, of course. The perfect sport for Calgarians, Skijor features a horse and rider pulling a skier behind them to perform athletic stunts, tricks and race. Watch from the lounge patio while enjoying treats like poutine, bratwurst sausage and fondue (plus craft beer and cocktails). This event is a fundraiser for Prairie Sky Equine Assisted Therapy. Note: the date for the event is subject to change based on ground conditions. Should the course be unsafe on Feb. 2, the event will move to Feb. 9.
