The breakfast is prepared and served by Rotary volunteers along with friends and family.
All proceeds above basic costs are given to local charities like the Food Bank or Youth at Risk programs. Rotarian volunteers also travel on their own dime to work on international projects like building homes for the poor in Mexico, installing clean water filters in Honduras or building wood stoves in Guatemala.
