The inaugural Girls in Sport Summit presented by William Huff and Inter Pipeline, is a new addition to the 2026 Grey Cup Festival, bringing together girls ages 8-14 for a day of sport, mentorship, leadership development, and connection through football and cheerleading.
Designed in partnership with the Girls Forward Foundation, the Summit will inspire the next generation of girls by connecting them with female athletes, coaches, mentors, and leaders while creating opportunities to build confidence, discover new skills, and explore the many ways women can be involved in sport.
As the first event of its kind during Grey Cup Week, the Summit aims to celebrate and amplify the impact of women in sport while creating a lasting legacy for girls across Canada.
