Featuring some of Canada’s finest roots and country musicians, this one-of-a-kind event has raised nearly $1 million to support Classroom Champions’ work with Indigenous and high need classrooms and communities across Western Canada. This is fun-filled night of entertainment and an incredible concert every year!
The 8th annual benefit concert, co-chaired by Craig Senyk and Ross Roy, is a tribute to the late Calgarian Peter Burgener, an influential architect, activist, philanthropist and avid country music fan. Concert for Classrooms is proudly presented by Mawer Investment Management. Concert Song Sponsors will be highlighted during the event with a unique monologue scripted by Barney Bentall and co-host Matt Masters.
