Calgary police have found a young mother and her child on Saturday after the pair were last seen in the city on Wednesday.
Officers believed that the 17-year-old and her infant left Calgary and went to Regina, Sask.
On Saturday at around 5:30 p.m., police said the situation did not meet the threshold of an Amber Alert, but investigators wanted to confirm the welfare of the mother and child.
In a tweet posted at around 8:45 p.m, Calgary police said the girl and her child were safely located in Regina.
