YW Calgary is pleased to announce the guest speakers for the 9th annual YWHISPER Fundraising Gala are Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalists Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey.
In 2017, these New York Times journalists and best-selling authors broke the story of Harvey Weinstein’s decades of alleged sexual harassment and abuse towards women. Their book, “She Said: Breaking the Sexual Harassment Story That Helped Ignite a Movement,” includes a firsthand account of their investigation into the Weinstein case and how this was instrumental in the shaping of the #MeToo movement.
