MS Walk

Canada has one of the highest rates of MS in the world.

On May 30, join thousands of Canadians moving forward together to support the MS community through MS Walk.

Whether you are participating with members of your household at a local park or in your own back yard, you will be joining tens of thousands of others across the country coming together. When you register, fundraise and participate in MS Walk you are taking meaningful action supporting people living with MS in Canada and working towards a world free of MS.

The MS Walk is a community-driven event for people living with or affected by MS as well as those who want to help create a world free of MS. Whether you are participating by walking in your own backyard, around your block, or virtually, you will join tens of thousands of others across the country moving forward together.

Typically, the MS Society of Canada and the MS community come together annually to hold events across the country to build awareness for multiple sclerosis and raise funds through MS Walk. As we face a global pandemic, we are unable to gather in-person to show our support for those affected by MS, but we can still act. Instead of in-person events this year, MS Walk will be a nationwide event encouraging participants and members of their household to move forward together–their way.

We ask that participants closely monitor information on COVID-19 as released by the Public Health Agency of Canada and their local public health authorities. Virtual components will connect people from across the country to the MS movement and to each other.
