Trace Adkins is all for off shore drilling cuz he lived it. As a roughneck, Trace had many accidents tho. Tim McGraw’s been hit with a $20 million lawsuit from songwriter James Martinez. He says Tim’s song “Everywhere,” was stolen from his song “Anywhere, Anytime Amanda.” The writers of “Everywhere,” were also named in the suit.

Taylor Swift’ll be doing a CMT Crossroads with Def Leppard soon & she says “my mom’s their biggest fan ever. She listened to them when she was pregnant with me, and as a kid, that's all I heard. The fact I get to perform with them is incredible to me and her.” By-the-way, Taylor wants us to know she's only friends with all 3 Jonas Brothers - she’s not dating any of them.

The Black Crowe’s are suing Gretchen Wilson for copyright infringement saying her song “Work Harder Play Harder” is too similar to their hit “Jealous Again.” Turner Network’s also being sued cuz the song’s in a commercial for its show “Saving Grace.
